Unable to create "Sales Order Issue" line in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTION Table using API's

We are trying to automate the PICK RELEASE Process using the API's into a concurrent Program.

We have Used the following API's :- 

1. inv_reservation_pub.query_reservation_om_hdr_line

2. inv_reservation_pub.create_reservation

3. wsh_picking_batches_pub.create_batch

4. wsh_picking_batches_pub.release_batch

5. inv_replenish_detail_pub.line_details_pub

6. inv_pick_release_pub.pick_release

7. inv_pick_wave_pick_confirm_pub.pick_confirm

But after completion of the concurrent program, When we go and query the Material Transactions of the Serial Number in Inventory Module it creates 3 Line as 

1. RMA Receipt

2. Sales Order Pick
