How to merge iProcurement Requistionfrom leaving emplyee to new one.

Dear all,

When using iProcurement My Requisition table where user can see only his own Requisition. We have bussiness need: If parcticular employee is leaving his Requisition should be transfered to new employee responsible for such Requisition (to watch for approving process and fulfilment). Is there any possibility to copy Requisition records from leaving employee to new one (like merging suppliers)? Does anybody faced with such need and which way out was used?
