standby issue : archive log too small and that archive log continually partially sent

Hi,

I have a standby issue which started at approx. 05.00 this morning (Friday 09 Sep 2011).

An archive log file will only partially transfer to a destination server.

We have two standbys on this database and the same archive file has transferred to a wholly seprate destination and the standby database on that server is fine.

Problem summary

An archive failed to fully transfer to the destination.

Approx 9Mb file of 40Mb file was transferred.

I suspect the standby continually requests the file to be transferred again, but am not sure.

I can see the partially transferred file on the destination server and it's time is continually updated.
