sizing datafiles

I am migrating 600G of data from 10.2.0.4 to to a new database under 11.2.0.2 and before I start creating datafiles I was wondering  if I should size them just to fit the data that I have or give the datafiles  space to grow later on. For instance 10 datafiles each 60G max size + 1 more of 60G to accomodate future growth or create 10 datafiles each of 60G with a max size of 100G and let the export place data wherever. Would this have any impact on performance?
