Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone

I would like to know if i can create an update package on a fat client instead of the deployment server

is it possible?

And also is it normal for a package compilation to last about 20 minutes?
