Customer moved RAC servers to new time zone, any other files to change for correct TZ?

Hi,
Customer on 11.2.0.2 on RD E5. As per MOS note How To Change Timezone for 11gR2 Grid Infrastructure (Doc ID 1209444.1),customer has changed the s_crsconfig_tss*.txt file.  He also reports that TZ is defined in the $GRID_HOME/crs/install/crsconfig_params file.  Are there any other places where the TZ, or any timezone parameter may be hiding?

Customer had recently "moved" server from European time zone to the East Coast US timezone.
