Can we handle Royalty Payments using Trade Management?

We have to make royalty payments to Licensors on products we make and sell to retailers and wholesalers. E.g. we have to pay Disney for using Disney's Mickey on our product that we make and sell to Walmart and any other stores that sell the Mickey products. The payment is based on a percentage of sales to all customers orders that purchased Mickey products. Can we use Trade Management to capture this requirement?
