Test / Diagnostic Report on India Local Setup

Are there any standard test reports , diagnostic scripts available to facilitate reviewing / checking correctness of setup related to India Localosation ?

Currently I need this for reviewing / checking correctness of the VAT  & Service Tax Regime setup.

It is very tedious to do this by querying on the screen as the no. of inv org & locations are significant.

A diagnostic report showing all details for for the whole instance will help.
