How are flags "Use Contract Agreement for Autosorcing" and "Include Non-catalog request" used in Req

Dear all,

Please inform how are flags "Use Contract Agreement for Autosorcing" and "Include Non-catalog request" used in Requisition Document Type setting? Do values of PO Create documen WF attribute "Should Contract be used to autocreate Doc", "Should non-catalog requests be autosourced from contract" influence on mentioned flags.
