Hi,
AR_RECEIPT_API_PUB API will not create a receipt if the customer site is inactive, howvere the AR Receipts screen ARXRWMAI does allow a receipt to be created for an inactive customer site. We think the API is incorrect because:
1. The AR Receipts screen allows creation of a receipt against an inactive site
2. The AR Transactions screen allows creation of a transactions against an inactive site
3. The Receivables Open Interface for Transactions allows creation of a transactions against an inactive site.
