Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to prevent service order entry when Customer is "Inactive"?

Hi,

I want to prevent Service Work Order entry when customer is made "Inactive".

I want to know both the address book as well service order related setting to prevent order entry when Customer is set "Hold Invoice" or "Inactive".
