On 11.5.10, when attempting to cancel a Purchase Order PO (or a PO Line), the following error occurs :

Error :

FRM-41072: Cannot create Group ACTION_REC_GROUP
No Control Actions found for this document.

How to Reproduce the error?
Ensure user is setup as am Employee and a Buyer.
Select the Purchasing Super User.
Select Purchase Orders > Purchase Order Summary.
Enter PO# into the Number Field and select Find.
Select Open from Purchase Order Header search results.
a. To cancel PO, put cursor in PO header and select Tools/Cancel
