CRS resource ora.ldc1bd01.ons is OFFLINE NOT RESTARTING

Hello,
After getting a file system where bdump is located at 100 % on one node  I get the following alert on the grid control.

CRS resource ora.ldc1bd01.ons is OFFLINE NOT RESTARTING

It is a RAC of 4 nodes 10.2.0.4.0 on linux 64 

I tried to restart manually the ons, but I get  

CRS-0215: Could not start resource ora.ldc1bd01.ons  (the same with oracle and root)

I checked the log file crsd.log and it have the this:
