Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

XTR: FX Revaluation Deal

I am following the instructions from Oracle White Paper, the setup is done, the deal is registered but when I try to go to XTR->Accounting->Revaluations, I select the company the period, I get the capture rates but  the botton 'Revaluation Details' is not enabled.
