Help with HA Storage + and Veritas on Oracle Cluster 3.2

Hello all,

I just built a new Oracle Cluster 3.2 U3 with Solaris 10 update on an M4000, we have EMC Symetrix storage multipathed via Powerpath and using Storage Foundations 5.1 RP1.  My problem is this,

I have created a new HAStorage+ resource group using the following commands

clrg create -n oraqutcgy000b,oraqutcgy000a oraeimsQUT-ora-rg
clrs create -g oraeimsQUT-ora-rg -t SUNW.HAStoragePlus \
-p FilesystemMountPoints=/oracle/EIMSQUT,\
/oracle/EIMSQUT/product,/oracle/EIMSQUT/oraarch,/oracle/EIMSQUT/redoA,\
/oracle/EIMSQUT/redoB,/oracle/EIMSQUT/oradata01,/oracle/EIMSQUT/oradata02,\
/oracle/EIMSQUT/oradata03,/oracle/EIMSQUT/oradata04,/oracle/EIMSQUT/oradata05 \
-p AffinityOn=True eimsQUT-ora-has

everything works and comes online but when I try to fail it over to the next node I get the following error messages
