Is it possible to open a SR by sending an email?

Some of the documentation we've seen refers to opening SR's via email.   I cannot find any link to any procedure for this.It may just be an error in the docs, as I cannot find a procedure for this anywhere.

It would seem you would need to log into MOS to validate your CSI, but ASR  opens cases in the background, so
there might be something....

Anyway, if there is a procedure, could someone forward a link to it?   If there isn't please tell me NO!
