How to configure Report output filename in BI Publisher

Hello,

Using BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0

Issue Description

We generate reports using BI Publiher and the output is send as attachedment to email id.
How to configure Report output filename, We want to have output file name as defined by us
and it should also has date prefixed to it.
