Update customer mailing address pushed to all orders?

We have a business process where someone can order several
levels of product all at one time, then get them released to them as
they become eligible.
So this creates many open line items in Oracle.

When a customer contacts us to change their mailing address, our
customer service staff has to go into EACH line and individually update
the mailing address of the pending orders. You can imagine the
inefficiencies that causes; one phone call could result in to up to 12
address lines being changed manually.

Is there an option in Oracle that can push address changes for a
