Should a registration from ODM show in CRMOD within a few minutes?

After launching our first campaign which was to capture people's registration for an event, I carefully watched to see how this would fee through to CRMOD. It's now about ten hours since the first four people registered. I was able to create an Attendee Roster report within ODM. It showed the four registrations.

I then went to CRMOD to look at those same contacts and nothing is reflected within CRMOD to show these people have registered for the event. During Oracle's "selling" to us of ODM it was clear that synchronization between ODM -> CRMOD was near to immediate and synchronizations from CRMOD -> ODM was an overnight event.
