[10g and 11g] using AWR with standard one edition

Hi,I've got 10g databases and recently I installed a 11g database (Standard One edition).
According to what I see, the stored procedure awrrpt.sql is available for that edition and both versions.
Do I have the right to produce AWR reports with awrrpt.sql?
What about using AWR through db console with SEO ?
