Migration from 9.3.3 to 11.1.2.1 Issues

I have followed the guides and documnetion on migrating the FDm application and get as far as the successfully updating the schema, manually updating the scripts and registering users.

However, there is documentation outlining how to change the adapter within the migrated application  ?

I have synchronised and reassigned from the V9 adpater to the v11 one but lost all the target defaults in the Control Tables for both the scenarios and the periods.

In version 9 some of my customs(3 and 4) were not referenced at all and it would have assumed [None] but instead now I get [Missing Value] at the validation screen.
