Auto-Forward of Requisitions for Approval

Hello All,
Is it possible to auto-forward a requisition for approval after a set time? For example, a requisition has sat in Approver A's Worklist for a week without approval as they are ill. Is there a way of getting Oracle to auto-forward all unapproved requisitions in Approver A's Worklist to the next person up in the hierarchy after a week?
