bdconsole not starting

Hello eveyone

I am trying to rise the database console but when i issue the emctl start dbconsole i get the following message

EM Configuration issue. /u02/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/jdedb/bdproduccion_jdedb
not found.

and certainly i don´t have that file

Does anyone know how to reconfigure that cosole and how i can get that file back?

I am new at this so if any one knows of a good document wich will help me to set up my database consolo please let me know

By the way the old dba told me the problem that they have rising the db console was that the database instance had the "_" caracterand for some reason this did not allow the console to rise.
