Setting up Spot Bidding in OTM

I was able to get the Spot Bid feature to work as it is supplied with the product.  However, I need to customize a few things:
1.  I need to change the URL that is behind the hyperlink inside the email.
2.  I need to add a comments section that obtains its data from what was entered in the buy shipment screens.
3.  I need to change the image from Oracle to my company's logo.

Is there any place I can go to obtain a step by step method for customizing it as mentioned above?

I have to do this to 5.5, and 6.2.2.  So, I need both references!
