Searching MyOracle Support - Tips

In EnterpriseOne Distribution we have been working very hard to consolidate and update the information in our knowledge base. We have also added key Program IDs (ie: P4210) that relate to the document to the title, so if you are looking for a knowledge document on a specific process, add a program ID as part of your keyword search to see if that gives you the results you are looking for.
