Mass Additions Post Error

I am having an issue with running the Mass Additions Post program on a tax book in an Oracle test instance.  This is the initial running of the Mass Additions Post for a set of items created from Payables.

I am receiving the following errors:

Depreciation has been processed for the current period in book "#########"

Please rollback depreciation or close the current period to perform this transaction.
Error: function faxcdr returned failure (called from faxcds)
Error: function faxcds returned failure (called from faxcps)
Error: function faxcps returned failure (called from faxcbs)
Error: function faxcbs returned failure (called from faxbmt)
Error: function faxbmt returned failure (called from FAMAPT)
