Need to charge hours in excess of 80 for salaried biweekly autopaid employees to jobs

Hi,  I have a request from accounting to charge hours that are over 80 to the job. The employees are biweekly salaried exempt and are autopaid with the 80 hours charged to overhead. The request is only for a select group and only applies to hours over 80 in that period.
