US PAY Need to make adjustments to EE & ER 403B contributions
I have an employee that did not have 403B withheld; however, it should have been withheld. I need to add additional $ to the 403B element in order to add the missing contribution. I also need to add the ER match that was not calculated. The element is on TIAA. When I tried doing this as an ADD in the element the employee errored and did not show up on the TIAA contribution report at all.
The employee has reached the 16,500 limit; however is eligible for the catchup totaling $22,000. I have completed a balance adjustment so the system no longer "thinks" the employee has reached the maximum.
