Hi,

I am looking for the following information. If some one knows, please answer the following questions:

1) Is Oracle VM is an alternative to Oracle RAC?
2) Is automatic failover available in Oracle VM I mean is application failover transparent to users like in Oracle RAC? 
3) Is Oracle VM recommended for production systems or there are any performance draw problems?
