11g Agent install on 10g server

Has anyone been successful in installing the 11gAgent on a 10g oracle database/server?  If so what are the steps in detail.

My entire server environment is Windows 2003 servers.  I have a single server acting as my 11g Grid Control server.  At the present time all the other servers are running Oracle 10g. I want to manage the 10g servers with my 11g Grid Control server.  I have the Grid Control server installed but can not get the 11g agent installed on the other server so my GC server can see them.
