Questions about grid control

Hi,My manager asked me to estimate the time to install the oem grid control.
He also asked me to estimate the cost of licenses.

I plan to install it on a particular server and there will be one user.
About pricing : buying enterprise licences for that particular server will be enough?
About the time to install : do you have any idea assuming that I have 15 database servers to monitor?
