Depreciation Projections vs. What-If Analysis

Hello All,

I am running into an issue when I run both of these reports. The total amount of projected depreciation is off by 89,000. It is higher in the What-If. My question is what is the difference between the two reports depreciation values? Which report is more accurate/ which to use for budgeting for the following year? Please help.Thanks in advance.
