Create accounting and subledger accounting program report shows the error "This line cannot be accou

Hi every body,

Eachday, the " Create accounting and subledger accounting program report" is executed and since  few months the error "This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event for the application Payables that it references has been fully accounted" is displayed for a specific  payment which couldn't be final accounted.

Can someone  tell me how to find the error?

I tried to cancel the payment and the related invoices but this error still appears on the report.
