New Integrity Reports for A/P R04711, R04712 and R04713

 Does anyone have any documentation on these 3 Integrity Reports?  I found some for the R04713 in the A/P menus but as per normal it as not very helpful and nothing on the other two..  I don't want to suggest using these if I have not idea of when they should be ran, is usage based on other problems from other integrities or are these used only at conversion purposes.
