Which version of "Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for Word" should be used for RTF template cre

Hello,

It is mentioned in Note: 1138602.1  
Oracle E-Business Suite 11i an Release 12 customers must not use the Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 11.1.1.5.0 for RTF layout template design as it is not backwards compatible.

Reviewed Certification Information for Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.5.0 using URL: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html
but didn't find required details.


Question:
Would like to know which version of "Oracle BI Publisher Template Builder for Word" should be used with 11i and R12 and 11g BI Publisher.
