Oracle 11g supports Windows 7 SP1 ?

Hello,
I understand the latest version of Oracle 11g supports Window 7. I want to know if it supports Windows 7 SP1. I mean oralce tests it in Windows 7 SP1. And how about Windows 2008 R2 SP1?
