Need patch number for 12.1.2 mentioned in the Note 756452.1 - XML Output Not Published When Concurre

We are facing the same problem that is mentioned in the Note 756452.1 - XML Output Not Published When Concurrent Program is Part of a Request Set. We are in Ebiz version 12.1.2 and we need the patch number to resolve this problem.Please tell us which is the patch number for 12.1.2?

We applied this patch,  patch 9646732 ,  but the issue did not get resolved, this patch  come with:
FNDRSRUN.fmb  120.44.12010000.28

Any idea please?
