Can we restrict "Completing" workorder if any assocaited Operations are still incomplete.

Hi,

Can we restrict "Completing" workorder if any assocaited Operations are still incomplete.

Currently in my environment I am able to complete the workorder ,without having operations/debrief completed. I would like to have debrief mandatory before completing WO , Is there any standard feature to do so or shall we have to put an OAF extension on this page.
