location hierarchy

Hi,
Is that possible to set  location hierarchy in JDE,

For Example:

itemcode                              Expiry                                         Location                                                       Batch                         Qty
101                                      01-01-2012                                 LOC1  -Upper Level                                      PA01                         100
101                                      01-01-2012                                 LOC2  -Middle Level                                     PA02                          50

101                                      01-01-2012                                 LOC3  -Lower Level                                      PA03                        100

When we enter the SO entry in  the system for the item 101 of qty 20 system will recommend to pick the item from upper level instead of picking the item from lower level.How can i override this situation ? So is there is any posible way to define that the item should  pick from Lower level when the item is available.
