Deinstall Clusterware Issue

I have been upgrading the oracle rac clusterware and comes up with error during upgrade, so I deinstall the clusterware and try to reupgrade again.  After deinstallation, I cannot upgrade the clusterware as it says the grid infrastructure is no longer in the system. After I restarted the machines, one of the machine keep has ohasd service starting up for several hours, how can I handle this?
