Cloning of Olite version 10.3.0.3 (using EBS 11.5.10.2 )

Has any body completed cloning of Olite from Production instance to Developement Instance.?

As per Oraclle SUpport document about cloning of Olite 10.2.0.3 Mobile server We have done the following

1. Re-installed the binaries( Olite )on development server

2.Executed repwizard to configure the Mobile admin schema for new Olite binaries.

3. Started the webtogo.  We can connect using Administrator  user on development server

4. Reset the password of MFS application user

5. While trying to install the  MFS client for this development server we are getting error as "Invalid Username /password" inspite of the username and password being correct .

Did any body face similar error please help us the resolve this issue.
