Change of Owner email workflow

Hi,

I have created a workflow that updates the lead owner when they have a new lead.

My problem is when the owner is changed. A new email is sent to the new owner updating them of their new lead, however I need to send an email to the previous owner updating them that the lead has been reassigned.

Does anyone know what the function is to retreieve the previous owners user email?
