group pricing of items in oracle purchasing.

Below is our business requirement:
We have two Blanket agreements. In one agreement, we have
Item A - 10 USD
Item B - 12 USD
Item C - 15 USD
in another blanket agreement, we have
Item C - 14 USD
Item D - 10 USD
Item E - 15 USD
When a purchase order is created for Item A, B and C, the price for C should be from first group (15 USD), but when we create purchase order for Items C,D and E, then the price for Items C should be 14 USD.
Is there a standard functionality to achieve this in Oracle Purchasing?
