Request Set for 3 COGS RECOGNITION EVENTS?

I saw in a presentation at OAUG, that you can create a request set to run "Record Order Management Transactions", "Collect Revenue Recognition Information" and "Generate COGS Recognition Events".  They each have some parameters you have to entered like general ledger.  How do you do that?
