Include "Modified External" in Activities Reports

Greetings,We use the Omni Riva interface with GroupWise and when creating activities reports that show when an activity has been modified - and by whom - I want to include "Omni" (listed as an option in the users list) however, when I add Omni, I'm not getting the activities that Omni has modified as a result of "archiving to CRM email". The activity is created and completed, however, it's not shown on the activities report.

I can find "Modified By" and "Modified" but I'm unable to find "Modified External" as an option.

Can someone point me toward the solution to include these completed activities?
