PO Dispatch via Email -- Email Address Limitations

Could someone point me in the right direction to allow for the addition of 8 email addresses to be included in a PO dispatch by email. Currently, it appears as though there is a limit of 3 email addresses. Could this be due to a 70-Character limit on the email field? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. This is occurring in PS 9.1.
