Encounterd an error in FA Addition Integrator "Enter a valid Date Placed in Service"

Hi,

When uploading the additions using the FA Addition Integrator, encountered an error of "Enter a valid date placed in service"

The date I used in the DPIS column is 31-DEC-2010.  The is the same date I used when performing manual addition which I don't get an error

Am using the R12.1.3 version
