Applying patch 6678700 .worker failed with error messages :ORA-01017: invalid username/password; lo

 Hi 

While applying patch 6678700 ,during upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12,workers either fail with 

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
AD Worker error:
The following ORACLE error:

or
ORA-28000: the account is locked

This is happening for different schemas.

The following was performed and issue was resolved :

1. Change ALL of the passwords for the modules by running FNDCPASS, not just GL or OKC

2. Re-start the database.
