How to enable option Optimized Rendering from Autovue applet or rendering problem when displaying 3D

Hi,

I built a demo for a customer which involves Oracle WebCenter, UCM and AutoVue 20.0.0.

Among other things, I need to display in the demo some 3D files  (like .dwf or .ifc files - a building for example and all there is in it  - complex 3D files) from WebCenter using Oracle AutoVue applet.

The problem is that when I try to open such file, the Autovue applet is not displaying the file as it should be, meaning it's not displaying the file. I attached a printscreen maybe it's usefull:

Then I discovred option "Enable Optimized Rendering" option from Menu ==> Configure, but this option is disabled and I cannot modify it (Activate it or Deactivate it). I attached also a printscreen:
