How to Create LOV with More...

Hello,

We have a custom webpage that is used to display the payslips.  We now have a few years of data, and it takes about 20 seconds to build the LOV of all the payslips, and display the page. 

We would like to use an LOV like that on the seeded Time Entry screen, I think it is called HXCTIMECARDACTIVITIESPAGE.  The LOV displays 10 rows and then "More..." .  Then you can retrieve another 10 rows if you want to go back further. 

Is this LOV style something we can implement on our custom page?  I can find and modify XML pages, but we are not practiced in modifying java.
